His and Hers Cocktail Design

Posted on Mar 31, 2012 in Events

As wedding season quickly approaches alcohol is generally part of the thought process as the bride to be plans and the groom comes along for the ride. Adding that little extra touch to the bar leaves guests with a lasting impression. We start the process like a caterer, we find out what you like to drink, what you don’t like to drink, what are your favorite flavors, etc.

This is from a recent bride I worked with to design their his and hers cocktails. This was the “Hers” selections that I worked from!

We next went on to the “His” portion of the cocktails. We ended up with a gin based cocktail with ginger for Roshelle and Jason went with a rye cocktail with blood orange. The cocktails are completely customized to the bride and grooms taste. With a slap of the mint to activate the oils we have a cocktail! I won’t be there to make the cocktails for Roshelle and Jason because it’s in Turks and Caicos but they will have amazing cocktails while they’re celebrating in style!

A fun option for brides and grooms as we get ready to produce Femmes first line of syrups, is to do a customized syrup to send your guests home with so that way they can recreate the evening at home with your syrup. Along with enjoying your cake on your first anniversary, you can also the cocktail you enjoyed through out your wedding! Another great thing about having custom cocktails is that it can help eliminate costs of having an open bar. Not only making it one less thing you have to worry about during the big day, it makes life easier for your bartenders. Femme has a few different for staff, styling, and stocking your bar, email revae@femmeducoupe.com for more information!

So cheers to your big day, now lets drink because we all know that you’re going to need it, might as well make it unbelievably delicious!
